This past weekend was filled with fun activities for me. I managed to complete tasks from my "must do" list and I also did some fun things in the mean time. I felt relaxed and productive.
I also had a lot of motivation, I prepared a great Sunday Football meal for my boyfriend, prepared my lunch for the entire week and cleared my email inbox.
I am not sure where the motivation came from, maybe it was something I read, heard, or watched. I do know that as I completed these task' , I never thought about it as a chore or a "must do", but simply something I was doing because I wanted to and it felt.
From what I can tell, when motivation strikes go with it and get the most out of it.
